DATE: Thursday 22nd April 2021
TIME: 4.30pm – 6.30pm
After a delayed start to our season last year, we are now back into our normal routine, so it’s time for mouthguards. We appreciate that parents may find that their child’s mouthguard still fits but please be mindful that it is not a full year since we did mouthguards last year. Galadent asks you to consider that until your child has all their adult teeth, their mouths are always changing. For this reason, there is a high possibility that they will outgrow their mouthguard from last year, midway through the hockey season. Therefore, it is recommended that you replace their mouthguard now to avoid disappointment.
If you are wanting a mouthguard for your child, please go online to www.galadent.com.au to book in their appointment. You are welcome to bring along siblings, but you will be required to make an appointment for each child. Click on the ‘Mouthguard Booking’ link and follow the prompts accordingly. Once you have successfully booked an appointment, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
While you are on Galadent’s website you are also required to complete their online ‘Mouthguard Form’. Please ensure you SAVE the form before you complete any details (some browsers will not save your typed information unless you have done this first). If you have booked in siblings, you will be required to complete an online form for each child. You will need to PRINT both pages of the form to bring with you to your child/children’s appointment. If necessary, there will be hardcopy mouthguard forms available on the night, that can be completed just prior to your child/children’s appointment.
All the types, colours and costs of the various mouthguards are outlined in the online ‘Mouthguard Form’. There is a brief explanation for each type of mouthguard, to assist you in selecting the correct type. If you are still unsure which type, this can be determined when your child/children are having their impression done.
Payment is required on the night by either filling in your credit card details on the mouthguard form, paying in cash or a cheque (made payable to Galadent Dental). An itemised account/receipt will be emailed directly to you, so please ensure that you have completed your email address on the mouthguard form.
We look forward to seeing you there.

Thank you to everyone who came to our KalaMinkey “Have A Go Day”! It was so much fun and we really enjoyed seeing you all! Great weather, party music, face painting, and sausage sizzle were enjoyed by all.
We were also visited on the day by the Australian Goalkeeper, Tyler Lovell. You may have caught his interview with our MC Darren!
KalaHockey would like to thank all the volunteers who made the morning possible, and the City of Kalamunda, who provided funding for our free activities.
Missed out on the Have A Go Day? There’s still time to join Minkey! Registrations are still open to all kids in Pre-Primary – Year 4, with the first Minkey session this Satuday 25th July starting at 9am.
Get in touch with Andrew at firstname.lastname@example.org for details on how to register.
