The Kalamunda Districts Hockey Club’s annual general meeting will be held on Saturday, 12th March. All members are invited to attend, please arrive at 5:30pm for a 6pm start at the clubrooms. As usual, this is the same day as the Corymbia festival, so you might like to come for the day and enjoy the fireworks.
The Kalamunda Pre-Season Hockey Carnival is on Saturday 22nd March. Games will be played from 12pm to 5pm. There will be sausages sizzling and drinks for sale!
Games will be played for 40’s, 50’s, Senior Men and Ladies – we have guests teams from Southern River (40’s and ladies), OGMHC (over 50’s), Willetton (40’s and 50’s), Roleystone (Ladies) and Rangers (Ladies).
Each team will play 3 games where a game is two 15 minute halves with a 5 minute break between halves.
As the hosts of this carnival it is important that we get a strong club representation on the day. Also, it’s a great opportunity for players to tune in to their hockey in a fun and social game, after the summer break.
Players should contact club representatives or email to express your interest. Volunteers to umpire are also requested.
